Prepostions From, To, Along and With
Thank God, they can be grouped in meaningful categories. Ah, prepositions. Those terrible things which don't have rules of their own.
Today we will categorise, in a bunch, the prepositions from, to, along and with.
For this study, we will see them contextualised in the art of posting letters. Which of course leads us to emailing (which treats from, to, along and with in virtually the same way):
- From: refers the origin of the letter, the sender
- To: indicates destiny, who will receive the message
- Along: means all the way
- With: is telling of what comes together with the postcard. In this case some good old love.
